PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii - PEARL HARBOR (Jan. 28, 2025) The staff of Pearl Harbor Torpedo Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PH IMA) pose for a group photo with Navy leadership after winning the inaugural Lockwood Award for Excellence in Torpedo Maintenance. PH IMA, part of Naval Undersea Warfare Center Keyport Detachment Pacific, plays a critical role in the Navy’s undersea warfare mission as one of only three Navy Intermediate Maintenance Activities responsible for maintaining the Heavyweight Torpedo. Employing 155 government civilians and Lockheed Martin contractors, PH IMA operates under a Government-Owned, Government-Operated and Contractor-Supported model, consistently setting a high standard for performance.
