Mobile, Alabama - THE SUPSHIP Gulf Coast/Ingalls Shipbuilding team celebrated the start of fabrication milestone for the future USS Thad Cochran (DDG 135) on Oct. 13. Code 150 members who took part in the ceremony were, from right, Lt. (AUS) Mitchell Van Donselaar, DDG superintendent; Ray Pelanne, Deputy Program Manager's Representative; and, at left, David Grafton, production controller.
