PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD, Maine - KITTERY, ME. April 27, 2022, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard: The shipyard held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the completion of the Dry Dock #1 Super Flood Basin. The super flood basin is a key project within the Navy's Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program.
