(April 16, 2019) – Navy Diver 2nd Class Christian Cheek, from Monroe, La., assigned to Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, plays a game of tic-tac-toe with a student from Kitsap County schools during the Kitsap Water Festival. The Kitsap Water Festival is a day of learning about and celebrating water. Education experts, environmental professionals, storytellers, entertainers and members of the community come together and set up educational exhibits for local students.
