PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD, Maine - Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine, Aug. 27, 2021: Shipyard Commander Capt. Daniel Ettlich addresses the graduates and welcomes all in attendance. The class of 260 graduates, 88 from the Trades Apprenticeship Program, and 172 from the Worker Skills Progression Program representing 24 different trades.
