NSWCDD strategic thrusts - electric weapons, mission engineering and analysis, and cyber warfare engineering – coupled with the command's technical expertise in the fields of spectrum management, electromagnetics, electronic warfare, and surface Navy radars are crucial to the Navy's development and integration of capabilities to enable EMW.
