Retired Navy captain encourages NUWC Division Newport employees to build workplace connections

NEWPORT, R.I. - Dr. Robert Roncska, better known as “Navy Bob,” addresses Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport employees during a visit to the warfare center on Aug. 21, 2026. A 28-year Navy veteran, Roncska spoke about building relationships through a series of stories contained in his book, “Beyond the Sea: Leading with Love from the Nuclear Navy to the White House and Healthcare.”
