Retired Navy captain encourages NUWC Division Newport employees to build workplace connections

NEWPORT, R.I. - Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport Deputy Technical Director Steve O’Grady (left) and Commanding Officer Capt. Kevin Behm (right) meet with Dr. Robert Roncska, better known as “Navy Bob,” during a visit to the warfare center on Aug. 21, 2026. A 28-year Navy veteran, Roncska spoke to the workforce about the importance of building connections in the workplace.
