DAHLGREN, Va. – Cyber Engineer Alex Brown of Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Dam Neck Activity and NSWCDD engineer Roel Choi calibrate their team’s BlueBoat prior to launching.
