NEWPORT, R.I. - Retired U.S. Army colonel Nathan Thomas (left) spoke with several Division Newport employees after the at talk on Jan. 16 about his experiences during the civil right movement and working alongside Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Mallory Davis (second from right), of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport Undersea Warfare Electromagnetic Systems Department, shared some of his own experiences with prejudice.
