NAVSEA Commander announces Sailor of the Year winners
WASHINGTON (April 11, 2024) Vice Adm. James P. As NAVSEA’s top enlisted Sailors Schleuning and Lipscomb will now compete for the Navy’s highest enlisted awards, Chief of Naval Operations Shore and Reserve SOY.
