DAHLGREN, Va. - Navigation Senior Systems Engineer, Huong Pham, is featured as part of Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division’s celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. Pham and her family immigrated to the United States from Vietnam when she was only 10 years old.
