Mission Statement: Surface Maintenance Engineering Planning Program (SURFMEPP)
“SURFMEPP will provide centralized Surface Ship life cycle maintenance engineering, class maintenance and modernization planning and management of maintenance strategies aligned with and responsive to National, Fleet, Surface TYCOM and NAVSEA needs and priorities.
We will develop and issue Baseline Availability Work Packages for CNO-level availabilities and the supporting tools and processes to capture and analyze maintenance history, execution, and return cost data for every availability.
We will support and empower all team members, personally and professionally, in order to promote growth, well being and success in achieving our mission.”
