One-year developmental program which advances employees from the WG-01 to WG-05, with optional after-hours college classes. The PSNS & IMF Helper program has been revised and no longer requires placement scores.
Apprentice (Trainee) - Washington State
Most Apprentices in Washington State are selected internally from current employees who have completed the Helper program. If we do recruit externally, that announcement will be on USAJOBS.gov. Future applicants should be prepared to meet the placement requirements or satisfy the prerequisites for Olympic College's BSTEC 150 and Math 94. Course prerequisites and/or placement criteria can be found by viewing the course catalog.
