NSWC PCD has the facilities and technical expertise for full spectrum RDT&E and life cycle support of warfare systems and air cushion vehicles (ACV's) required by the Joint Forces to conduct EMW and seabasing missions. This technical capability encompasses EMW tactics development and analysis; deployable joint command and control; expeditionary ship interfaces; assault breaching systems; land mine countermeasures; targeting sensors; seabasing systems; Ship-To-Objective Maneuver systems; and related unique hull, mechanical and electrical systems. The Division also provides expertise in USMC raids and reconnaissance ISE support, systems engineering and integration support, full spectrum independent T&E, human systems integration support, acquisition, life-cycle, and Fleet support of Amphibious/EMW Systems.
