Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division is a major supported Command located on Naval Support Facility (NSF) Indian Head, MD, a 3,500-acre peninsula surrounded by the Potomac River and the Mattawoman Creek in Charles County, Maryland.
Naval Support Activity South Potomac is the host command of NSF Indian Head, providing shore installation management services to all supported commands and residents on board NSF Indian Head.
