RecruitingEngineers and Scientists at
our Joint-Service Department of Defense facility have a unique mission to
exploit technology in developing tools to render ordnance harmless. You will
provide technical expertise in: engineering design, robotics, explosive effects,
magnetics, acoustics, countermeasures, signal processing, remote control, blast
protection, and other fields. You will have the opportunity to design prototype
systems, conduct applied research and test and evaluation efforts, and document
results. There is a heavy emphasis on the operational nature of the work
exposing you to field conditions outside of the standard cubicle office, and to
work interactions with a variety of military and civilian personnel from various
