Comptroller
The Comptroller Department supports the Division mission by providing a full spectrum of financial management and fiscal services to all elements of the command to include budget formulation and execution, funds administration, accounting, travel, payroll, and fiscal consultation to the Commander, site directors, department heads and managers.
The Comptroller Department also provides fiduciary oversight of financial operations of the Carderock Division in executing fiscal responsibilities of the Division Commander and the commanding officer of the Ships Systems Engineering Station in Philadelphia.
