The Carderock Division Deputy for Small Business Programs serves as the principal advisor
and assistant to the Division’s Commanding Officer in directing and implementing our Small
Business Program. Our Mission:
"To create and deliver small business options for the warfare center."
It is the policy of the Government to provide maximum practicable opportunities in its

NAVSEA's Long Range Acquisition Forecast Covering FYs 12-14: NAVSEA's Long Range Acquisition Forecast (LRAF), covering FY12 through FY14, is now available by clicking on the heading title above to access. NAVSEA's LRAF creates a demand signal visible to a wider range of industry and should contribute to better support of our requirements including the distinct prospect of fostering increased competition.

The Small Business Administration (SBA) has announced the availability of a compliance guide for the women-owned small business (WOSB) program. The guide describes the legal requirements for participation in the WOSB program as set forth in the final rule issued on October 7, 2010, entitled "The Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contract Assistance Procedures". The guide helps small businesses understand the regulation and how it affects them. Information about the WOSB program is available at http://www.sba.gov/wosb.

Recovery Act Registration and Recipent Data Release Update
Deployment of eSRS across the Department of Defense started with
the October 2008 subcontract reporting period. All organizations submitting unclassified contract action reports to the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS) started using eSRS for the October 2008 subcontract reporting period, and will continue to use the system for future reporting periods.

integrated approach to contracting for support services. The SeaPort-e portal provides a
standardized means of issuing competitive solicitations amongst a large & diverse
community of approved contractors, as well as a platform for awarding & managing
performance-based task orders. SeaPort-e provides a faster, better, & more cost-effective
means of contracting for professional support services.
