Richardson has been a full-time employee of NSWCPD as a chemist since 2017 and is also a chairperson in NSWCPD’s African American Employee Resource Group (AAERG). NSWC Dahlgren Division Work Inspires Sensor Engineer to Travel the World

Those work trips have inspired his passion for international travel. McCollough is especially fond of the Caribbean and has visited Antigua, Cuba and Jamaica, to name a few.
