Carderock engineers help students build STEM cargo ships

Rick Heinly, Logistics Management Specialist at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, supplies power to the newly established Mobile Command center at Port Hueneme. The center is part of the command’s efforts to provide Navy ships with mobile repair capability.
