Diversity and Inclusion Consortium Honors Dam Neck Sailor with Award

(Oct. 29) – Hampton Roads Diversity and Inclusion Consortium (HRDIC) leaders present U.S. Navy Information Systems Technician 1st Class Tyrell Hardison with the Pride Service Award certificate and trophy at a luncheon ceremony. Hardison was one of six awardees recognized at the event for exemplifying diversity and inclusion while serving in the armed forces. "The Pride Service Award, which we presented to these community leaders, is the first of its kind in our 10 year history," said Mr. Billy McIntyre, HRDIC chairman of the board. "Today's award recipients have distinguished themselves as leaders and role models in the community and have promoted inclusion in an outstanding manner."
