Antonio Miguelez, Naval Air System’s Command Director of Propulsion and Power Engineering, served as guest speaker for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) annual Hispanic Heritage Month event on Sept. 10. Miguelez shared his story of growing up as a first generation American of immigrant parents, highlighted the importance of diversity in the workplace, and issued a personal challenge to the audience.
