IMAGE: Sam Koski is the newly-minted Deputy Director for Warfare Integration at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). Koski is one of several NSWCDD employees honored as a Department of the Navy Meritorious Civilian Service awardee. Honored for his work while serving Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems, the former aircraft mechanic served as the Warfare Analysis and Digital Modeling Department Chief Engineer before joining the command staff in his new role.

CRANE, Ind. – Jeff Smith, an employee at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane), received a Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Award last month in recognition of his exemplary performance while supporting Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) for the activation of the Limited Area Production Storage Complex and supporting Nuclear Weapons Surety Information Assurance and Cybersecurity efforts from July 2014 to January 2017.

NSWC Crane Attorney Receives Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Award

CRANE, Ind. – Randall Kemplin, an attorney at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane), received a Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Award last month for his “exemplary service” to Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic. It is the third highest Navy civilian award, and it is given for service or contributions resulting in high value or benefit to the Department of the Navy.
