Pascagoula, Mississippi - Ingalls Shipbuilding welder Cedric Harman welds Ship Sponsor Ellyn Dunford’s initials into a steel plate during the keel authentication ceremony of the future USS Bougainville (LHA 8) at Huntington Ingalls Industries Pascagoula shipyard March 14. USS Bougainville is the first Flight I ship of the America class and will reincorporate a well deck to increase operational flexibility.
