SeaPort-e: 
The Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. SeaPort-e provides an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services and enhancing small business participation.

Electronic Reading Room:
NUWC Division Newport has established an Electronic Reading Room (ERR) to ensure new contractors have information to propose and reduce incumbent-only information, increase the number of valid proposals by providing the entire contractor community insight into existing and upcoming contracts, provide access to government furnished information and Request for Proposal-related documents.
